Late Return Fee Calculation

As customers perhaps cannot return the rented items on time, there will be a late return fee calculated for that case. The settings for how to calculate the late return fees are defined in the Categories section. Mainly they are Late Return Fee (Amount that is charged when the item is late), Late Return Threshold (min, Maximum time allowance to return without late charge) and Over Usage Rate (%, Percentage added to normal rate when the item is late returned). These settings will be used to check and calculate when the items of one rental order are to be returned.

If one customer returns the items late than the planned time, there will be Late Return Fee. This part will be counted into the whole order cost, which the customer needs to pay for together with the rental cost.
