How can I put my subscription on park mode?

To put your subscription on Park mode please navigate the client portal from the sidebar menu.

Use your instance login credentials to enter the client portal.

From the side bar menu click on the subscriptions.

Then click on actions and choose Update subscription to change it to park mode.

This change will apply from the next billing cycle (1st day of the month).

Based on Rentrax policy an account can be on park mode for up to 6 months per calendar year.
