      How Can I Subscribe to Sending SMS?

      To subscribe to sending SMS through Rentrax you need to log in to the Client Portal.

      From the sidebar menu select the Addon Market.

      Two options are available:

      • SMS Send only
      • SMS Send and Receive 

      Click on purchase in order to enable any of these two options.

      • SMS Send & Receive will be applied to all locations in your instance.
      • SMS Send Only must be purchased for each location separately. 

      After the SMS functionality is enabled you can configure auto SMS and SMS reminders in your instance.
