This article briefly reviews the option that would be available through the Delivery Report of the mobile app
Businesses with a noticeable delivery volume are always challenged with how they can manage deliveries and communicate them with their drivers efficiently and effectively.
Rentrax tries to accommodate this need through the options made available through its mobile delivery report.
The delivery report gives useful information to drivers like how many delivery requests they have and make it easy for them to manage information. Helps them to filter the delivery request by different filtering options. Then can open the customer's address on Google Maps just by touching the address link.
Filter options:
Order status:
You have the option to filter the delivery orders based on the order status: Pending, Open, Delivered
Account:
You have the option to filter the orders based on the Assigned person to the order or based on the orders that are unassigned.
Action:
You have the option to filter the orders based on the Action needed for the order if it is a pickup or drop-off or both.
Delivery Status:
You have the option to filter the orders based on Delivery statue(Created, Assigned, In Transit). When the order needs delivery it is in created status.
Date Filtering:
Filter the delivery orders based on:
- Today, Tomorrow, Next 7 Days
- Custom(Based on the calendar date)
What information is available for each order in delivery report:
- Customer name
- Order number (in red color)
- Order Status(Open, delivered, returned,close in red color )
- Pickup or deopoff date
- Delivery status ( Created, Assigned, In Transit)
- Adress ( a hyperlink to Goggle map)
