Our new Support Centre is a portal where you can see all support tickets and other requests submitted by you or by other members of your team.
After subscribing to Rentrax you will receive an email inviting you to register in our Support Centre. The invitation will be sent to the main email address on your Rentrax account.
Please follow the directions from the email, and finish your registration.
From Support Centre page you can view existing and closed tickets.

From here you can create new tickets, when doing this please try to include as much important information as possible e.g order number, dates, urgency of the request.

Along with Live Chat and submitting tickets you can contact us through these other methods:

Support Centre Troubleshooting
Issue: When you click the link above, you see an error message saying "You do not have access to this page".
If you have already received a registration email from us and created your password to access your tickets, please make sure that you are currently logged in with that email address.
If you haven't received an invitation and would like to request one, please email us at support@rentrax.com. Please provide all email addresses that should have access to you Support Inbox. The number of emails you can submit depends on your Subscription plan (see our pricing page for more details).
