Coupon Report

How do I manage coupon usage?

Coupon Report displays the coupon usage amount for both rentals and tours. As well, the Coupon Report shows the number of times the coupon is used and the partner for commissions. You could also view the orders that are attached to each coupon code. 

To access the coupon report, click on Coupon Report on the sidebar menu.

You will see the Coupon Report with a table consisting of the Title, Promoter, Rent Usage Count, Rent Usage Amount, Tour Usage Count, and Tour Usage Amount of the coupons. As well, you will see the options such as Auto Apply, Discount Amount, and Applies To for the coupon.

At the top of the table, you can filter based on the promoter (partner) and date range for usage.

Coupon Usage:

To view the coupon usage, click on the coupon name. It will take you to the Coupon Report Page.

Set the date range to view the coupon usage at the time. The table will display the Code, Date & Time of Use, Order Type, Order Number, Invoice Number, Discount Amount, and Customer Name. You can click on the hyperlinks (blue color) to access and view the order, invoice, and customer.

Exporting Coupon Report:

To export the Coupon Report as a CSV file, click on the "Export" button at the top right corner. 

You should be able to see a spreadsheet with the following columns. The data will be converted.
