Email Template Definition

Email templates are pre-designed message formats that can be customized to match your business needs. By using various components (such as HTML Editor, Waiver, Customer Info etc), you can tailor the templates to send consistent, professional, and personalized communications to your customers.

Components for Email Templates

  1. Customer Info
    Populates the email with the customer’s full name, phone number, email address, and physical address.

2. Order Details/Order Payments

  • Order Details: Includes item information, cost, quantity, and renter details.
  • Order Payments: Displays payment amount, method, and the date and time of payment.

3. Invoice Details/Invoice list

Lists all invoices with details such as items, payments, refunds, rental start and end dates, and related information.

4. HTML Editor

Provides a text editor to add a customized message. This message will be displayed by default to all clients.

5. Customer Note

Shows the note added by the customer during reservation, which will appear in the email.

6. Waiver

            Automatically attaches the terms and conditions that were read and signed by the customer.

7. Renters Attributes

            Displays the renter attributes completed during reservation and allows the client to modify them.

These components help you customize the email template based on the order status (e.g., pending, confirmed).
